ABOUT US

FOUNDER’S STORY

Hello! I’m Tamila — I founded TM&H Recruitment based on my own experience, knowledge, and a strong desire to help others. After the war began, I relocated to the UK and had to start from scratch — working in factories, overcoming language barriers, and navigating unfamiliar systems. That’s when I realised just how difficult it can be to find decent work without support.

When I helped a friend — who spoke English and had solid experience — to adapt and find a job, I realised just how many people needed the same kind of support. That’s how the idea for TM&H Recruitment was born. At first, I balanced my day job with studying UK employment law and recruitment. Eventually, I committed fully to building the agency.

The biggest challenge was finding partners willing to trust a new company. But we proved our reliability — and today, TM&H Recruitment is a young, dynamic agency with a strong reputation. We work across the hospitality industry, as well as in manufacturing, logistics, and returns processing.

We offer flexible cooperation formats — whether for long-term or seasonal staffing needs. For us, it’s not just about filling vacancies. It’s about trust, people, and building something meaningful together.
